Essentially a strategy guide for the popular computer game Quake 3 Arena, the project was created in Flash and designed to mimic one of the levels within the game.
The project received written approval from ID Software's CEO Todd Hollenshead, who gave kind permission for all use of images. Sound was sampled with kind permission from London technology agency Insomnious Labs.
Ground Zero was exhibited at the University of Hertfordshire Final Exhibition and also at New Designers 2001 in Islington, London.
The project received an overall grade of A-.
